    If you are looking for a fast and easy breakfast or snack, it doesn't get much better than this Keto Iced Latte.     How This Simple Keto Iced Latte Changed My Keto Journey

    I am truly grateful that I found a Keto lifestyle and that I've been able to make it work for me.

    The truth is, it hasn't always been the smoothest of sailing.

    Like a lot of you, I faced some challenges in transitioning my way of eating.

    In the beginning, it was overwhelming to get things right.

    I didn't understand that too much protein could be almost as bad as too many carbs. Fully accepting that fat was no longer a bad thing took some time for me.

    And then there was stressing over macros. I was so obsessed over getting them where they needed to be and often fell short. (Because as much as I want to think that I can just wing it, the truth is that macros do matter!)

    Variations for This Recipe:

    • If you are in the mood for chocolate, you can make this with the ZonePerfect Keto White Chocolate Coconut Shake. Alternatively, you can at 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
    • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla powder may be used in place of the vanilla extract.

    I have to admit that this Keto Latte is a pretty spectacular way to start the day! It is no surprise that this simple recipe has become a staple in my breakfast repertoire. It is so simple, it is not really recipe worthy. But I had to share because it is oh-so-delicious!

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounces prepared coffee cooled
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 ZonePerfect Keto Butter Coffee Shake
    • Ice

    Instructions

    • Stir together coffee and vanilla extract.
    • Fill 2 glasses with ice and divided coffee between them.

      Listen, I was already sold on that first picture. This looks like an easy to make iced latte and love that its health too. Any diet that includes delicious foods like this is my kind of diet.
