Mix Up Your Pizza Night with this Keto Buffalo Chicken Pizza Recipe!

We take pizza night pretty seriously at our house.

Although it involves making separate crusts since my kids are neither gluten-free or low-carb, it is one night that everyone gets excited for!

Often, we make our standard favorites - which for me is pepperoni with fresh mozzarella and basil. But now and then, I get the urge to mix things up.

When I do, good things usually happen, and I wonder why I don't do it more often.

This Keto Buffalo Chicken Pizza is the perfect example!

I made this for the first time about two months ago, and have made it three times since. It has all the flavors you love in buffalo chicken in a delicious fathead crust that is perfectly suited to your keto diet.

I think you will agree - this one deserves to go in your rotation!

1 First, pre-bake your pizza dough according to the recipe. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the hot sauce and butter in a small saucepan until the butter melts. Toss with the shredded chicken. Spread the ranch dressing on the pizza crust.

Also in recipe it says 6 ounces of monzarella for crust and underneath it says 1 1/2 cup . I’m confused.

Six ounces of shredded cheese is roughly 1 1/2 cups. The intent is for those that don’t own a kitchen scale to be able to make it.

If you don't like blue cheese, you could use any other cheese you like. Maybe mozzarella?
